In the hustle and bustle of apartment living, one of the most vital but often ignored aspects is visitor parking. When you have friends or family coming over, or even if you’re expecting a service professional, having convenient and available visitor parking is essential for a stress-free experience.
In recent weeks, Building Management have noticed an increase in residents’ vehicles parking in the Visitor Spots throughout the site. We again kindly request everyone to be mindful of the current By-Law outlined in the Community Management Statement Act, specifically By-Law 30, which addresses parking restrictions:
By-Law 30.1 – Proprietors or occupants of a lot are not permitted to park a vehicle on the community parcel, except in areas specifically designated by the community association for parking by lot proprietors or occupants.
Both Security and Building Management will maintain close vigilance on this matter. Should residents continue to park in the designated visitor spots, By-Law breaches may be issued. Please remember that in an apartment complex, you’re sharing limited resources with your neighbours.
Being considerate of your fellow residents can go a long way in maintaining a harmonious living environment.
