Attention Moore Park Gardens Residents: Building Management would like to kindly remind all residents of the importance of keeping allocated car spaces clean, tidy, and free from stored items.
To assist in maintaining a safe, presentable, and compliant environment throughout Moore Park Gardens, car spaces are to be used for the parking of registered and operational vehicles only. The storage of personal belongings, furniture, boxes, tyres, chemicals, household items, or other materials within parking spaces is not allowed and may present a number of concerns, including:
- Increased fire and safety risks
- Obstruction to emergency access and building services
- Pest and cleanliness issues
- Negative impact on the appearance and overall presentation of common property areas
- Potential breaches of building by-laws and insurance requirements
While we understand that additional storage can sometimes be convenient, basement and parking areas are not designed or approved for general storage purposes unless otherwise authorised.
We kindly ask all residents to take a moment to inspect their car spaces and remove any non-approved stored items at their earliest convenience. Maintaining clean and unobstructed parking areas assists in protecting the safety, appearance, and overall standard of the community for all residents and visitors.
Please note that routine inspections of basement and parking areas will continue to be undertaken by Building Management, and residents may be issued a by-law breach where items are identified within car spaces.
