Do you have a maintenance request to lodge? There are two options a request can be made: by submitting a maintenance request using the online form below or via MyBos, which is the residential portal at Moore Park Gardens. This handy application contains all the information you require to lodge a maintenance request.

For those who don’t know their log in details another way to lodge a request is by email to mpg@alliancemanagementservcies.com.au or you can contact the building management team directly on (02) 7201 0418.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why do I have no power in my apartment?

    Please check your circuit breaker board within your apartment. You may have a faulty appliance causing the breaker to trip. If all breakers are in the ON position please notify building management.

  • Why is my kitchen sink draining slowly?

    You more than likely have a minor blockage. This can be easily solved by removing the trap. Alternatively, as this is the owner’s responsibility, please contact a local plumber.

  • Why is my Intercom not allowing my guests in?

    This is a common property issue and may be easily resolved by Building Management.

  • How can I organise pest control?

    Pest Control within an apartment is the owner’s responsibility. Building Management and the Owners Corporations have an agreement in place in which common property is sprayed on a frequent basis.
