Encouraging the Use of MyBos for Better Communication
In mid-2024, MyBos released Version 4 of its system. After discussions with the MyBos team, we have identified that the mobile application (available on both Android & iOS) is currently underutilised. To improve efficiency and communication, we strongly encourage all residents to use the MyBos platform for reporting issues and submitting maintenance requests.
The platform offers several benefits, including:
- Easy access to swipe forms, renovation applications, Committee meeting Agenda & Minutes, documents, and strata living support resources
- A structured and efficient way to submit maintenance requests, including the option to upload photos for quicker issue resolution
- Improved record-keeping and tracking of submitted requests
If you cannot locate your MyBos log-ins, please contact the Building Management Office on (02) 7201 0418 or email us at mpg@alliancemanagementservices.com.au, we will then be able to reissue those credentials. By using MyBos, we can streamline communication and provide a more efficient service for all residents. Your cooperation in adopting this system is would come greatly appreciated.

Office Policy
We would like to remind all residents that the Building Management Office remains & operates on a By Appointment Only basis.
With three Building Managers working in close proximity, unplanned interruptions can significantly impact productivity. To ensure that we are dedicating our time effectively to managing the complex and addressing resident needs, we ask that all maintenance requests be submitted in writing, preferably as mentioned via the MyBos application.
While we pride ourselves on being approachable and always willing to assist, maintenance issues cannot be addressed formally during casual interactions on-site or unplanned visits to the office. Using MyBos allows us to provide a structured, efficient, and trackable service for all residents. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us enhance the efficiency of our building management services.

Reaching the Building Management team has never been easier. With the implementation of MyBos, along with email & office landline, residents can be assured of multiple communication channels. While we strive to be available, there may be times when all team members are attending to urgent matters.

- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- This is a Voice over Internet (VoIP) system connected to all Building Managers’ mobile phones.
- If your call is unanswered, it means all team members are currently busy. Please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
After-Hours & Emergency Contacts
Security Team Contact: 0418 809 620
- Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Monday to Friday) and 6:00 PM Friday – 6:00 AM Monday
- While security can occasionally be reached via the landline, their primary responsibility is patrolling the complex. For urgent matters, their mobile number is the most reliable contact.
Emergency Escalation Procedure
- During Building Management Office hours (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM), contact (02) 7201 0418.
- Outside of office hours, contact Security at 0418 809 620.
- If a situation requires immediate escalation, the security team has direct access to the Building Management team and will contact us if necessary.
