With the start of the New Year and the silly season well and truly behind us, Building Management have recently sent all residents an email regarding our commencement of the Annual Resident Audit. For the majority of you, this is nothing new but for those who are new to Moore Park Gardens, Building Management conduct these audits yearly to ensure that our records are accurate, enabling us to contact you in case of an emergency and urgent situations. Additionally, it allows you to receive essential information about your building and its surroundings, such as fire testing, lift outages and upcoming noisy works.
We strongly recommend all residents to complete the audit using the provided Google Form link below, or if you prefer, we have printed copies ready in our office.
Please be assured that all information entered into this system will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and securely recorded in the Owners Corporation MyBos system. Once entered into MyBos, all details will be deleted from the Alliance Management Services Google servers.
Simultaneously, alongside our Residential Audit of 2023, we are conducting a Bicycle Audit across the complex. This aims to remove any abandoned bikes and ensure ample space for regular bike users to store their bicycles when not in use.
Starting this week, Building Management will attach a small paper tag to the handle of each bicycle. Bikes that are still tagged on March 4, 2024, will be removed and donated to a local charity. If you are away during this time, please contact Building Management at mpg@alliancemanagementservices.com.au.
We appreciate your active participation and cooperation in this process.
