Building Management have been directed by the Community Association to share the following important update regarding the use of recreational facilities.

Increased Incidents of Unauthorised Access

Over recent months, there has been a notable rise in unauthorised individuals using the recreational amenities. These persons are either non-residents or guests unaccompanied by a resident, which is strictly against Community Association bylaws.

While Building Management conducts annual audits to prevent such misuse, a recurring issue is the sharing of access swipes. This not only violates community rules but also compromises the safety and privacy of all residents.

If you identify an unauthorised person, please email Building Management with a description of the individual, as well as the time and location of the sighting. Our team will utilise security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control logs, to promptly verify the information. If accurate details are provided, we can identify the person of interest (POI) within minutes and take appropriate action.

To clarify, we are not asking residents to act deceptively, but we do appreciate your vigilance and cooperation. Your assistance enables us to take necessary measures, including revoking access where required, to maintain the safety and security of our community.
