While we truly value the love our community shares for their pets, it is essential that we all work together to maintain cleanliness and show consideration for our neighbors.
Pet Owners’ Responsibilities
- Avoid Allowing Dogs to Urinate on Common Property
- Please ensure your dogs do not urinate on any common property, including car park areas.
- Use Designated Areas
- Guide your pets to appropriate areas for their needs, such as garden spaces or outside the complex.
- Clean Up After Your Pets
- Always carry waste disposal bags to clean up after your dog and dispose of waste appropriately in designated bins.
- Always Keep Your Pet on a Lead
- Pets must always be leashed while in Moore Park Gardens. Unleashed pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
By-Laws and Community Consideration
- By-laws are in place to help mitigate issues and maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all residents.
- We kindly request all residents to respect these by-laws and ensure their pets’ behavior does not negatively impact shared spaces.
